Return Policies

◆TIMELY RETURNS:

- Initiate returns within 3 days of delivery and ensure items are received within 7 days of request.

◆ RETURN CONDITION:

- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging for processing.

- Include all accompanying materials such as tags, certificates, and pouches.

◆REFUND PROCESS:

- Refunds are issued in the form of store credit.

- Allow 3-5 business days for processing once the return is received.

◆SHIPPING CHARGES:

- Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Customers are responsible for all shipment costs, including the original shipment fee and return shipment fee.
